This seems to be very helpful information. Not knowing much about Italy I’ll take this advice. Wife and I have been there one time in 2010 (Venice). We are going back May 2015 with my sister and her husband. We can’t wait. I’m learning Italian and trying to plan a great vacation. Of all my places to visit, Italy just has so much that makes it a great place. My wife wants to get info on this trip about 2 and 4 weeks cooking classes.
